Strengths/Question Marks:  “One of our biggest strengths is that the girls are all very dynamic and can play many positions.  While I think it’s a great asset to have, it could also be somewhat of a question mark for us as we try to put people in the best situations for them to have a positive impact on the team and for the team to succeed.  It’s great to see the willingness of all of the players to keep working hard and not making these decisions easy.  In the long run, it will be finding the consistency necessary to compete day in and day out the tough SOL.”

Outlook:  “The girls and I share the same optimism and excitement as we are really looking forward to the start of the season.  They’ve been working hard in the gym since July, and they have an amazing desire to continue to improve all aspects of their game.  Our five returning seniors (including Alison Buiocchi and Caitlin Gonglik) have set an awesome example for all of the new players, as well as the players who will step into bigger roles this year at the Varsity level (including Olivia Lynch and Brittany Kelly).  We are anxious to get started!”
