Strengths/Question Marks: “We are returning six players with Varsity match experience. Will they step up and improve from last year?”
Outlook: “To answer my question from above, I think they will. Along with our six returning starters from last year, we added Ryan Sheplock and PJ Synol back into the mix after they took a year or two off to spend time focusing on other sports. Having both of them back along with a healthy Joe Chichilliti (wrist injury last year) to start the year makes us instantly better. John Buliga nearly made it to Regionals last year and is looking to have a strong junior year. Our goal is to get back to at least .500 in the SOL National this year…although I feel it is realistic, it won’t be easy with the tough competition in our conference.”
