NESHAMINY GOLF PREVIEW

Coach: Dave Martys—Second year coaching JV and varsity golf

Last year’s: 6 wins 8 losses in league play

Notable losses: John Buliga who played in the number one spot for the last 3 years.Also seniors Brad Fischer, Jake Schaffer, and PJ Synol

Key returners: Greg DeLuca (10^th) who finished with the second lowest individual scoring average and Chris Benvenutto (10^th), Ryan McDonald (12^th) 4years varsity experience, Josh Bittner.

Others to watch: Kyle Everett (10^th) and Brett Sheplock (11^th)

Strengths/Question Marks: “We have a relatively young team, and the players are hungry to learn. The few veterans we do have set a precedence of sportsmanship and academic strength.”

Outlook: “The team hopes to have a winning record this year while sending at least three members to SOLs this fall. The group has a willingness to listen, learn and grow their individual games in order to strengthen the overall team.”
