Strengths: “The 2013 squad has good speed on the forward line, leadership in the midfield, and experience in goal. The team has worked extremely hard in the off season and came into pre-season in great shape.”
Question marks: “With one returning back from last season, the defensive line is inexperienced, but the players filling these positions are working hard and are looking strong.”
Outlook: “The strength and heart of this year’s squad is the leadership of the seniors. I see great potential in this year’s team as we look to be highly competitive in the Suburban One League’s Continental Conference. The team has worked hard in the off season and is hungry and determined to have a successful season. The offense will be led by Casey O’Donnell, the experienced midfield is led by Shannon Talbot and Katrina Marger, and the defense will be led by goalkeeper Chessa Kownurko, and back Juliana Hill.”
