Coach: Jenna Peters- First year head coach
Assistant coach: Coral Nuschke Rumph
Last year's record: 5-11-2
Notable losses: “We lost a lot of great seniors last year. There was a total of 10 seniors that all played a significant role in our season. One of those seniors, Rylee Kaufman, went on the play at the college level.”
Key returners: We have four seniors all returning players, Paige Sweitzer, Rhyan Haws, Josey Smith, and Gianna Price.
Others to watch: Junior keeper Madi Miller, and our sophomore center mid Ashlyn McEwing.
Strengths: Hard working, disciplined, and committed
Question marks: Being a young team, making sure the whole team is playing as one, and how the younger girls respond to the leadership of the older girls .
Outlook: “This year is a rebuilding year for us, as we have a new coaching staff, and are a very young team. Our theme for this year is work ethic and work rate. We have focused this offseason and all of the tryouts on that. We expect a lot from these girls and have been proud of the work they have put in. We are excited to see the girls playing out there as a cohesive group.”
