Outlook:  “After a 3-11 league record in 2013, the Colonials had a nice bounce back season returning to the district playoffs in 2014. The hope now is that the success continues to grow and the team can take the next step in an always tough and balanced conference. Seven seniors return to the team with experience on the mound, and the team has a lot of competition for several spots in the infield and outfield that should keep players working hard all season.
“Senior Zach Metz was a Carpenter Cup selection and the team’s leading hitter last season, but the hope is that he will get more help offensively in 2015 from a core of veteran players in the lineup around him.”
