Strengths: “We return our entire starting five and the first few subs off the bench from last year’s state semifinalist team. It’s a veteran squad who has been looking forward to this season since our final game last year. Our athleticism and length allows for a lot of versatility on the defensive end of the court and our unselfish play and high basketball IQ makes us difficult to defend.”
Outlook: “We were playing at such a high level throughout the state tournament last year, and we’re looking forward to picking up where we left off. If we continue to play with confidence, play tough, smart defense and have fun then any goal we set for ourselves is attainable.”
