Notable losses: Harry Green – Pitt-Johnstown

Key returners:  Austin Zubyk / Senior-170 pounds, Chris Walker/ Junior-138 pounds

Others to watch:  John Richter/ Senior-145 pounds, Chris Diaz-Jackson / Sophomore-132 pounds

Outlook:
“My expectations are always the same: work hard, wrestle tough and continue to improve each week. We start off the season at the Pope John Paul II Invitational Tournament, and we'll see what we have and where we can improve after our first competition.  As a team, we’re looking forward Hatboro-Horsham ‘Battle of the Border’ Match. Personally, I am disappointed with the SOL American Tournament taking place on Jan. 26 because it's prior to the end of the season and should have remained a postseason tournament. The new league tournament format not only crowns individual champions in each weight class but determines the Team Duals Champion as well.  We will still have two team duals to wrestle and plenty of time between the last dual and District Tournament to determine a team champion.  Why not wait until all the duals are completed and crown both individual and team champions on the same day?”
