New Hope-Solebury Lions scored in every inning to defeat non- league opponent George School. Tyler Corino picked up his second win of the season allowing 2 hits and 1 run while striking out 2. "Ty didn't have his best stuff today but battled and threw a heavy ball". John Whelan came in relief and pitched 3 scoreless innings. The lefty worked ahead and his fastball had good movement today.

Doubles by Joe Rickard and JT Bach in the first two innings help the Lions take the lead. Sam Morrin and Tyler Corino each added the lead with a single and sacrifice fly. Bach and Morrin each had 2 hits for the Lions.
This game turned out to be a great opportunity for our younger players on the roster to get some playing time. JT Rutowski had his first varsity hit and RBI. The Lions are 2-1 overall and 0-1 in the SOL.
