Highlights: Senior Ryan Mongan took the mound for the Colonials for his first varsity start, and after a strong 1st and 2nd inning, ran into some trouble in the third. However, relievers Jon Fisher and Rob Pecharo combined for four shutout innings to give PW a chance to build their lead. Senior SS Austin DiBonaventure reached base all four times he came to the plate and sophomore Fisher added a triple and three RBI on the day. Senior Evan Beaty ended the 6th inning with a remarkable diving play at second, allowing senior Rob Pecharo to close the door in the 7th with a one, two, three inning.
