I'm very proud with the energy and intensity our girl's played with tonight. The scoreboard does not reflect the level of poise and defensive execution that we displayed tonight which is what we focused on in practice. Our press break execution was also key in getting our points in transition as opposed to setting up our offense.
It is nice to have our full squad back together after playing the last couple of weeks down various key players.

Our girls had a very balanced scoring attack. Ava Pistone was able to get a few fast break lay-ups after executing our press break against a very talented and disciplined PW team. Ava finished with 11 points, while Truly Heft, and Addyson Davis contributed 6, and Carli Maha ending with 5 points, and 6 rebounds.
Paisley Heft and Mackenzie Clayton also had great defensive games with getting up in pressure, closing out with a high hand and boxing out- all things that don't show up in the box score.
