It was a tale of two halves..we did not play well in the first half. Springfield was out working and we looked tired and lethargic. Total credit to them and we were down by 8 at half time. We played really well the second half and pressured them as much as we could. We challenged Ella Dudick and Kayla Fennel to step it up rebounding wise the second half. Both of them played really well and we were better on the boards. We had three girls in double figures- Izzy Elizondo- 22 points, Emily Wilson-20 points and Nina Meixler 15 points.

Izzy has been averaging 20 plus points the last 4 games. She has been crazy good shooting the ball. Emily Wilson had such a quiet 20 points. ‘Em had an incredible second half. I’m so proud of Nina Meixler, she had her season high with 15 points but her defense the last two nights has been great. Nina’s game energy has been awesome…a total team win.
