The pitch at Abington was superb and FAST - it is as close to Astroturf as you can get for high school field hockey; and, a light game time mist helped to keep all student-athletes comfortable. This was suitable for how our team plays (fast and attacking).

Throughout the match, we were able to maintain crisp passing sequences and ball movement. It was a complete team effort as all lines and all student-athlete's made contributions. We look forward to the weekend (rest and recover); we team up and collaborate with our sister school (CB East) and co-host the CB East & West Field Hockey Clinic on War Memorial Field (Sunday).
