We made some adjustments today and got it done. The team is really excited to get off to this start in conference play and get another win under our belt. Souderton is an extremely competitive and well coached team- the game really could have swung either way. Morgan Volans got it done with the go-ahead goal in the third quarter in a squabble. Paige Keller really came alive in the midfield today and our defensive unit comprised of Avery McCann, Anna Daly, Katie Szczypiorski, Maddie Mandia, and Josie Lauro held it down in the back. I’m proud of Audra Szymborski for really locking it in and posting another shutout. A cushion goal would have been nice, but regardless, I’m extremely proud of every one of them.
