CB South played a strong game overall and had a great defensive game, keeping CB East's chances to a minimum. CB East also played well defensively keeping CB South out of the circle and off the scoreboard.

"Our league is extremely strong and every game is a battle. I am really proud of the fact that our team is no longer intimidated by anyone we play. CB East has an excellent team with a lot of offensive weapons and is well-coached. We were able to hold our own against the top team in our league and one of the top-ranked teams in District One."

Michelle Finegan, CB East Head Coach

This was a definite battle between two strong Central Bucks teams. Central Bucks East scored with 18:22 left in the second half with senior captain, Riley Donnelly taking a shot on a break-away opportunity and not quitting until she scored with a rebound off the goalie from her own shot. CB East defense lead by senior captain Isobel Mannino, stepped up and kept South out of the circle and did not give up corners which helped secure the win. It was a huge win going into District 1 playoffs so our team can continue to build on this momentum. Kasey Dietzel and Melanie Dunton were strong on defense for CB South and Casey Reilly was strong on the offense end.
