It was a cool and misty evening at War Memorial Field. It did not dampen our community youth night celebration. Many of our student-athletes grew up through the DAA field hockey program, they continue to give back by through coaching various age group teams.

There is a camaraderie that began 3 years ago between our programs that remains intact to this day. At the end-of-the day...the core focus is about the student-athletes. The final score is not reflective of the full game effort from Truman.

We were able to pass and transition the ball quickly tonight. Our team continues to support and play for each other throughout the match. Members of the team had extended playing time and were able to score their first varsity goals.
