The Lions had a strong showing today earning a 5-1 win against William Tennant. Kylie Hopkins started the scoring in the first quarter with the assist from Haley Keller. Senior Mia Peng had 2 goals, freshman Cara Torgan added another and Jess Pachman scored a beauty off of a corner. Pachman also had her eighth assist of the season. Goalie Meg Halpern had another stellar game. It’s great to see some of the younger players gain confidence and make an impact. Junior Mia Torgan is one of those players who flies under the radar but is always at the right place at the right time. Her strong but silent presence on the field has helped this team be successful. The Lady Lions will begin their crossover games on Monday night with a game against Quakertown.
