PW and Springfield played a tightly contested first half with no score. PW came out in the 3rd quarter with increased intensity and less than two minutes into the quarter Emily Dobrowolski carried the ball from the 50 yd line and into the circle and finessed the ball past the goalkeeper. Ella McCarthy would add another goal in the 3rd quarter after the ball hit the post and she finished at the 5:13 mark. Gracie Kerns rounded out the scoring in the fourth quarter with a beautiful reverse chip to the upper left corner of the cage. Carly Spinner and Claire Carrington combined for the shutout win in cage.
