The first 5 minutes of the game started off with a bang! Wissahickon's Jessica Waite scored on a corner shot in the the first half, 27:51 on the clock. Quakertown countered with a goal by Sydney Fondl, assist Anna Thompson within a minute at 26:26. Wissahickon came back and scored on a rebound corner shot by Caroline Testa with 24:19 on the clock. In the beginning of the second half, Quakertown scored off a corner at the 24:52 minute mark. Sydney Fondl assisted Olivia Jackson's direct shot on goal. With 5 minutes remaining, Wissahickon put the pressure on and scored off a hard corner shot by Jessica Waite. Mel Olivieri had a spectacular game and really energized our defense. Amanda Tuley, in goal, made some amazing saves and really kept us in the game. Sydney Fondl stepped up and contributed to both goals.
