The first half was rough with UM having to adjust to Wissahickon's quick passing style. Addi Hurley made 18 saves in goal in just the first half. Then the 2nd half was a different story with the Bears not allowing a goal until 7 minutes left in the game.
Cambrie Richmond and Izzy Duncan played solid on defense. Ella Gould constantly pressured Wissahickon's attack. Kyleigh Convey and Ava Bailey used their stickwork, speed and agility to control the forward line and create scoring opportunities but the Bears couldn't find the net.
