Central Bucks East Men’s Varsity Lacrosse defeated Germantown Academy in non-league play at GA this afternoon by a score of 11 - 0. CB East goalie Sean McSherryrecorded 7 saves and got the shut out behind outstanding defense led by Pete Donavan (4 GB’s, 2 Caused Turnovers), Mike Eveland (4 GB’s, 2 Caused Turnovers), Tyler Butler (1 GB and 2 Caused Turnovers) and Dustin Buchanan (2 Caused Turnovers). The CB East Patriots committed no penalties and controlled the tempo of the game. On offense CB East spread the ball around with 7 different players scoring Matt Schmidt (2g, 3a), Matt Millici (2g, 2a), Anthony Casselli (2g), Matt Heim (1g, 2a), Geoff Kuhn (1g), Zach Kane (1g, 1a) and Cole Rushworth (1g). The Patriots advanced to 4-0 (2-0 in SOL play) and face Souderton under the lights Friday night at War Memorial Field.
