The NHS Lions defeated the visiting Cheltenham Panthers 14/0 on Senior night. Mitchell Lontchar led the team with 8 goals and 1 assist. Trevor Donohoe had 2 goals. Chris Weisbrot, Brandon Crounce, Rogan Restaino and Lucas Solis each had 1 goal. Solis added 3 assists and 7 ground balls. Lions celebrated Senior night honoring their lone senior, Brandon Crounce. Brandon means so much team to this team with his quiet leadership and tenacity on the field. It's only fitting that tonight he scored his 1st goal of the season. Crounce also had 10 wins facing off.
Freshman Goalies , Cole Catalano and Max Moore split time in goal, shutting out the Panthers. Ben Klayman was outstanding on Defense with 11 ground balls and anchoring the Lions clearing game.
The Defense held strong, with Oliver Phillips, Josh DiZio, Finn Johnson, Jack Reed, Quinn Bridge and Shane Gould contributing to the shutout.
The Lions visit Abington next Tuesday for an American Conference match-up
