Council Rock South narrowly escaped with the W as determined North Penn squad gave them everything they could handle. Joey Smith scored both of the CR South goals in the first half. The Golden Hawks trailed 4-2 at the half. MJ Feeney scored 46 seconds into the third quarter to pull within 1 goal. North Penn responded approximately 30 seconds later to push the lead back to 2 goals. The teams traded goals for the next four tallies. At the end of the 3rd quarter the score was 7-5 North Penn. MJ Feeney scored again in the first minute of the 4th quarter. Followed by Conor McCaffery's second goal of the game to tie the score at 7-7 with 8:45 to go. TJ Shores scored the eventually game winner on an extra man opportunity with 5:32 remaining. Billy Houser made his 13th and final save with 20 seconds remaining to secure the victory, Wes Waninger finished the game with 7 groundballs to led CR South. Thomas Gallagher scooped up 6 GB's and won 5 of 9 faceoffs. Also contributing were Logan Foy 4 GB, Andrew Mannherz 4 GB.
