Game Summary:
The first quarter began with each team trading goals but with Pennsbury maintaining a 4-3 lead and after a 2nd quarter with both teams playing some stingy defense, the score remained the same. After halftime, the Falcons came out firing and were able to score 5 unanswered goals, controlling the game on both ends of the field. Offensively Pennsbury was led by Calvin Hopkins (2 goals, 4 assists) and Andrew Probst (4 goals). The falcon defense was led by goalie Drew Sweetland with 13 saves and defenseman Lewis Sears had 5 ground balls. Pennsbury was able to control the offense with the help of Josh Caven, winning 14 of 16 faceoffs.
Wissahickon was led by Brooks Melvin (2 goals) and goalie Peter Carrozza (12 saves.)
