Lower Moreland did a good job giving pressure in the beginning of the game. They won the first couple draw controls and scored the first goal. From there we were able to answer back with 3 goals and eventually the first quarter ended with UM with 4 goals and Lower Moreland with 2 goals. The half ended 9-7 with Upper Moreland up by 2 goals. From there we really turned up the intensity and were able to score 9 unanswered goals. Lower Moreland did a nice job on the draws and put a lot of pressure on our defense when on attack.

We are excited for our game Friday night against Wissahickon. UM and Wissahickon have come together to do a Morgan’s Message mental health awareness game. It is always exciting to have even more of a purpose to play a game.
