The conditions at game time were less than idea, but I was really proud of the team's energy and all-around effort. Emma Greenberg reminded the team before the game to have fun and then lead by example when she produced two nice goals and was the key to our transition game.

We made some really good defensive stops (8 caused turnovers in total)-Chloe Acuna took 2 charges which fired up the team. Kaylee Hammond and Sam Farno did a nice job of anticipating passes inside the 8m and getting to them first.

Lex McCabe and Lila Marciniak push the pace offensively and both were able to score and feed their teammates. It was fun to watch them both play today.
