We lost to PW 11-10
This was a tough one! PW came hungry and worked for the full 50 minutes. There were a lot of great moments for both teams and I look ahead and as we continue to learn and grow.

Lex Hobson - 2 goals 1 assist 2 forced turnovers 2 draw controls Her performance on draw helped in netting 5 other possessions. She truly gave 110% for the full 50 min. She worked hard to control what she could control.

Both teams played tough. It was tied up at halftime. In the second half Wiss scored first and PW followed it up to tie. Wiss then scored twice to take a two goal lead. PW won the draw and capitalized to draw within one. But Wiss scored again to take a 10-8 lead. PW continued to fight and scored to tie the game and then scored to take the lead. But Wiss came right back to tie the game. With 3:30 left in the game Olivia Reilly for PW gained possession at midfield and sprinted to goal with Wiss defenders on her back. Olivia scored giving PW the lead. On the play Wiss got yellow carded. PW had possession and we held the ball to try and run out the yellow cards Wiss received. We were almost there and PW created a turnover. Wiss got the ball went the length of the field and couldn't get a good shot off and time ran out.
Playing great all over the field was Bri Reynolds coming up with 7 DC , 2GB's and 2 CT.
Offensively Fiona Gooneratne and Meghan Wendler each had 3g s piece an assisted on others.
Defensively Lonna Buono, Kaylin Smyth, Lauren Lewis, Ella Clark and Katie Lukens played well anchoring our defense.
