This game was neck and neck. Both teams had the lead a couple times throughout. With a strong draw control from Emma Yoder and Maddie McDevitt coming up with the ball, we were able to gain possessions. Amy Pischke was an asset in taking our draws for us. Very proud of our transitions on defense and our motion on attack. Special shoutout to Frankie Rizzo for her first varsity goal off of a feed from her older sister, Fiona Rizzo (Feeder Fi). Tess Talbot had an incredible game making vital saves to keep us in the game. We are very proud of our girls for our first home opener!! We played so well and are looking forward to a great season.
