It was a great game overall. A defensive battle. Upper Dublin went ahead with a 2-0 lead in the beginning of the game. We were able to battle back and gain the lead 5-4 going into the half. The score in the 3rd quarter felt like it was 5-5 forever during the 3rd quarter, after UD scored the tying goal in minute 9. UD went on a run in the fourth quarter scoring 3 goals to just one of ours to win the game. Their goalie had a really great second half. Super proud of our defense today. They really worked together and played as a unit. Addi Hurley had some huge saves today. Avery Adamski had an outstanding game on defense. She was a key to stopping fast breaks and a leader for our defense to stick together, and had 3 caused turnovers on defense. I’m proud of how we played today, we fought until the last minute.
