The last two years we played Upper Merion we have lost to them in overtime. Tonight was a great night for UM lacrosse. We started off with a 5-0 lead in the first quarter, and going into halftime the score was 8-2. Our defense was able to control the field and cause Upper Merion to turnover the ball so we could gain possession. Our defense was led by Avery Adamski, Cambrie Richmond, Madeline Cox, and Leah King. Our midfield really connected in transition with our attack to move the ball quickly and find the goal quickly. Maggie Brophy, Keiley Hawk, and Madeline Cox did a great job in transition getting the ball up the field. Kaylee Keegan did a great job in goal for her first ever varsity start. Overall super proud of how the team played and how well we are coming together as a unit.
