Beginning with a slow start in the first half, the Trojans were down 2-8 at half. Coming back strong, playing their game, and defensively working together, Wissahickon fought hard and outplayed Great Valley in the second half. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to win the game. The girls played as a team, were aggressive and didn't let down. Top scoring came from Emily Vervlied with 5 goals and 1 assist. Sam Intrieri added 2 goals and Carolyn Wilde had 1 goal. Lauren Donofrio had 1 assist. Goalie Kyra Myers contributed 6 saves.
