It was an exciting game that went back and forth. They have some strong attacking players, so we had to make some adjustments defensively. Really proud of that unit today. Giving up only 2 goals in the second half is really impressive.
Pennsbury went up by one when Sasha Dobos scored with 2:34 left. Emma Greenberg won the draw back for WHS and scored the tying goal with 1:39 seconds left in the 4th.
WHS got a yellow card as time expired, so we were a player down for all six minutes of OT. It was great to see the players supporting and encouraging each other. Each team had a chance to win, but both goalies came up with some clutch saves.
