Neshaminy Comments

Sean Toohey opened the scoring with an easy tap-in in front of the net (5th minute). Mike Mandia tied the score when he curled a ball inside the far post from 18 yards out on the corner of the penalty area (10th minute). Mandia got his second 10 minutes later when collected a cross off his chest and tucked it past the GK. 2-1 Nesh at the half. Vince Hosephros made it 3-1 when he headed a ball past the Abington GK after Mike Mandia played a great diagonal ball behind the Abington defensive line (51st minute). Alex Swiderski made 4-1 when Hosephros made a great run down the right flank and made a great pass to Swiderski on the penalty spot and finsihed the pass (61st minute). It was nice to play a full 80 minutes against a very good Abington team. Mandia dominated the game. Kevin Sheenan, Kais Jawawdeh, and Gavin Rowan controlled the midfield the entire game.
