This season we have been battling old habits while trying to teach from the fundamentals up. Though in previous games we have been able to get on the board, we could not lock it down on defense, often losing games by 6 or more goals. Today we went into the second half 0-1 against Neshaminy. Number 10 on Truman's team, Juan Ramirez, after being assisted by Nico Cifuentes, scored our first goal tying the game 1-1. Later our boys were able to pull a free kick from which Juan Ramirez scored again. Our defense was able to consistently clear the ball out of our third, allowing us to win 2-1.

Neshaminy has always been a tough team for us. They beat us our last match 3-0, quickly scoring in succession after holding them off until the 60th minute. They were down a few key players this game, who may have turned the tides had they been present.
