Lady Hatters, win a thriller first round playoff game in PKs over CB south. it was a great game. Overall both teams gave it they’re all and put in a lot of effort. Hatters scored first off a corner kick by Clara Walker, and Emma Levin was able to head the ball in the net to go up 1-0. CB south came back before half to make it 1-1 at halftime. Going into the second half I thought we had a lot of momentum, but CB south was able to find the back of the net to go up on us 2-1 but the girls never gave up and was able to score off of another corner kick by Clara Walker and Sarah Roesing with a headball goal to make it 2-2. Both teams fought very hard to 2 double overtime halves. Hatters was able to seal the win in PKs with two huge saves by goalkeeper Alyssa Tooley. Everyone had a really good game and a lot of players stepped up and played really well for us and everyone was ready to play from start to finish. Hatters will host North Penn on Thursday at 6 PM.
