Ana Glemser picked up her first win of the season in a 15-0 three inning victory over Pennridge. She went the full three innings in the shortened game and struck out five while only giving up one hit. It was a good hitting day for the Bucks picking up a total of 13 hits on the day. Four different players collected two hits apiece for West. Chloe Dryden had two hits, scored two runs and drove in a run. Laila Murray had two hits including a home run, scored two runs and had two RBIS. Molly Gibson had two hits, scored two runs and drove in two runs. And, Taylor Hooven had two hits, scored two runs and chipped in an RBI single. Jill Boyle drove in two runs with a single, Avery Rubenstein drove in a run with a double and finally Julia Thomas singled in a run for West. Coach Mike Daher said, "we struggled at the plate against a good Neshaminy team collecting only three hits in the game. So, it was great today that we were able to get our hitting game going against Pennridge. We collected 13 hits and scored 15 runs, which was a good offensive effort today. We have really been hitting the ball well of late so today felt good that we were able to get our bats going early and continued it throughout the entire game. The three, four and five hitters in our lineup were 0 for 9 against Neshaminy and that was just not like them. Today, Chloe Dryden, Laila Murray and Molly Gibson collected six hits between them, scored six runs and drove in a total of five runs. They came out in a big way after a tough game against Neshaminy. The three of them are really tough outs and they showed that today. The middle of our order which also includes Taylor Hooven hit the ball really well today."
