Council Rock North Comments
Today was the last regular season game our seniors will ever play on our home field, and they really took that to heart and deserve a ton of credit for today's win. The girls had a really emotional and tough loss yesterday, so to see how they bounced back as a group today was really awesome. At the start, we really didn't have a great approach at the plate, and 7 of the first 9 outs recorded against us came via the strikeout. Credit to Molly Sheehy and Taylor Gearhart, they rallied the troops and settled them down to completely change our mental approach at the plate, and it made all the difference.

Lucy Mills did an absolutely astounding job in the circle for us today. Neshaminy is a really good hitting team. They put up a lot of runs, and they are capable of really driving the ball. For her to go a full 7 innings surrendering only 4 hits, is just a tremendous tremendous job. Her mound presence is absolutely fantastic, and she just worked her spins, hit her spots, and trusted that if she kept the batters off balance the defense would do their job, and they absolutely did.
