The Trojans gave up 4 runs in the 3rd inning on 5 hits by Wilson West Lawn. That was all Wilson needed to hold on to a 4-2 win. Junior pitcher Sara Genell was able to shut down the Wilson team for the other 6 innnings with excellent support from her defense. Sara only had 1 strikeout and two walks scattering 7 hits. Several times in the game the young Trojans needed one hit with runners in scoring position to take the lead but just couldn't push the runs across.
