On Friday, Bensalem lost a hard-fought match to Avon Grove 3-2 (16-25,
25-20, 25-19, 22-25, 9-15). Ronak Shah (34 assists 3 kills 3 blocks) once
again had an outstanding match running the Owls offense. Philip Bui (17
kills) and Joey Conley (15 kills) swung well from the outside. Harish
Patel (3 kills 2 blocks), Greg Philip (3 kills 1 block) and Shekib Ghafary
(2 kills) also made plays at the net for Bensalem - who fell to 5-9
overall and 4-6 SOL.
