Central Bucks South Comments
The CB South Titans hosted the Quakertown Panthers tonight and won in straight sets 3-0. "All three middles were fantastic tonight. The blocking and offense was exceptional. William Nothum, Brady Cocca did an excellent job tonight. They have been the rock of our offense this season. Our third middle, who also plays right side, Ryan Brennan, played just as well tonight with some key blocks and some of the best kills of his career. I was very pleased." said Coach Schlosser. "That being said, the setters are the ones to make that happen. Gavin Roth and Sam Snyder were track stars tonight chasing down every ball within their reach and turning bad passes into amazing sets. Even Sophomore setter Javi Robayo, who got the first varsity minutes of his career, was on his game chasing down tough digs or passes." "Gavin Roth was doing everything tonight. He set, hit and passed. He played decent defense and put up a solid block. He's having a great season."
Chase Stripling, normally a Libero, was thrown into an outside hitting position and played very well. He also had 2 great serving runs in the match.
The Titans host CB West Thursday.
