Council Rock North defeated Bensalem Tuesday by the score of 3-1 (25-20, 19-25, 25-20, 25-23).

Senior libero Emma McNulty led the passing on an outstanding 2.2 on serve receive (51 attempts) and a 2.64 on free balls. This allowed Junior Sarah McCafferty to dish out 52 assists. Benefitting from the passing was CRN Sophomore Olivia Szymkiewicz with 21 kills (1 Ace), Senior Kaitlyn Liedl with 16 kills (2 Aces). Junior Addison Zarillo with 9 kills, Senior Liz Butler chipped in with 3 kills..

It was a fitting match to end our regular season. Bensalem is very scrappy and seemingly touches every ball. This is a credit to their coach, she has done an outstanding job with them.

Where we stepped up was our court coverage. Our defense is getting better every week and the defense to offense transition has vastly improved this year.
