Three different players connected on three-pointers and Dana Bandurick scored five points to lead the Indians to a 16-8 lead over the Magic after one quarter. In the second quarter, the Mount outscored the Indians by five, but the Indians still held a 23-20 halftime lead. It was a two-point game heading into a fourth quarter that saw the Indians sink 7-of-12 at the foul line to edge the Magic.
Dana Bandurick’s 15-point effort led the Indians. She also had eight rebounds and three steals. Camryn Polinsky also finished in double figures with a season-high 11 points, which included three three-pointers. The senior point guard also had four rebounds and three assists. Olivia Boyle added seven points, and Sydney Blum had six on a pair of threes.
Rock North was 7-for-18 from beyond the arc (39 percent) while the Mount was 2-for-10 (20 percent). Overall from the floor, the Indians were 12-for-36 (36 percent), and the Mount was 15-for-39 (38 percent).
Council Rock North (13-3, 6-1 SOL) will host Harry S Truman on Tuesday.

ARCHBISHOP CARROLL 45, NORTH PENN 29
Three days after taking on South Jersey power Gloucester Catholic, the Knights travelled to Archbishop Carroll to take on a Patriot squad that owns a share of the top spot in the Philadelphia Catholic League standings.
The Knights hung with the Patriots for the better part of the game but managed just one point in the fourth quarter.
Carroll opened up a 15-9 lead after one quarter, and the Patriots still led by just six at halftime, 22-16. The Patriots held a 14-12 edge in the third quarter before outscoring the Knights 9-1 in the final frame.
Val McGriff’s 11 points led the Knights. Alaina Mullaly added seven points.
North Penn (6-9, 3-4 SOL) will host Lansdale Catholic in a non-league game Wednesday.
