CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 53, CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 38
The Titans avenged an early season loss to the Bucks, opening up a 23-17 halftime lead on their way to the win. Jules Tropea and Rylie DiCesare accounted for 17 of West’s first-half point.
South went on to outscore its visitors 30- 21 in the second half. Gabby Tropea was the offensive catalyst, scoring 17 of her game-high 23 points after the intermission.
For the game, the Titans connected on 16 of 20 at the foul line while the Bucks were 4-for-14 at the charity stripe.
Key players: The Tropea sisters starred in this one, combining for 40 of South’s 53 points. Gabby Tropea’s 23 points led the Titans and included one 3-pointer and a 4-6 effort at the foul line. Jules Tropea had 17 points and was 10-for-12 at the foul line. Rylie DiCesare had eight points.
Erinn McCusker’s 11 points led the Bucks and included three 3-pointers.

The visiting Cardinals owned this one from the opening tap and put 25 points on the board in the first quarter on their way to the win.
By the numbers: Tamia Clark had 20 points, connecting on 8 of 11 shots from the field. She led the Cardinals’ defense with seven steals. Emelia Coleman added 12 points, six rebounds, three steals and one block. Shannon Connaughton and Ella Morris both had 11 points. Connaughton was 4-for-5 from the field 2-for-2 from beyond the arc. She also had four rebounds and three steals. Bridget DiMartile added eight points, a team-high seven rebounds and two blocked shots. Maeve Hogan had eight points and four steals.

The Knights made the long trek to Unionville worth their while, bouncing back from Saturday’s loss to William Tennent with a big win.
They trailed 13-9 after one quarter but quickly erased that with a 24-4 second quarter that sent the Knights into halftime with a commanding 33-17 advantage on their way to the non-league win. Lily Brown had eight points in the quarter, and Saniah Hammond had six.
Key players: Lily Brown’s 23 points led the Knights while Mehya Godhania added 11 and Saniah Hammond and Paityn Debro both had eight points.
North Penn coach Bri Cullen:
“We bounced back really strong after a tough loss on Saturday. Defense was a major priority tonight. Again, they played good team basketball and got hot at the right moments. They have had a tough stretch, and they are showing a lot of mental toughness through it all. We are right back at it tomorrow night against East.”

The Trojans celebrated Senior Night with a non-league win over their neighboring rival.
Katelyn Thomson had a huge game to lead the Trojans, finishing with 23 points and eight rebounds. Maura Jacob added eight assists.
“I was so proud of the girls for earning this win, especially on Senior Night,” Wissahickon coach Kathie Sims said. “The start wasn’t what we hoped for, but they came together in the second half and made much smarter decisions on the offensive end.”
Up next: Wissahickon will be on the road at Hatboro-Horsham on Tuesday.

The Vikings opened the game with a 22-point first quarter, and by halftime, they had 39 points on the board, which included seven 3-pointers. The Hawks never threatemed.
Gillian Martin’s 13 points led the Golden Hawks and included four 3-pointers. Bella Harter added nine points.
