QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge of Basketball skills and strategies.
- Experience coaching and/or playing Basketball.
- Willingness to work with High School students.
- Basic knowledge of first aid.
- Ability to interact with students to encourage each individual to perform at their highest level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Has overall responsibility for the sport/program including:
- Supervision of Assistants and any sub-related programs.
- Management of funds and accounts, including pay-to-play requirements.
- Coordination and communication with parent or booster groups.
- Coordination and communication with the Coordinator of Student Athletics.
- Overall planning for and supervision of practices and games/contests/competitions.
- Off-season expectations include strength training and conditioning, league participation of our players, team meetings, travel to tournaments, practices, etc.
