National Conference ATI Physical Therapy Highlighted Player
Bridget Congdon – Senior at Pennsbury High School
A three-year varsity starter, the senior captain anchored the Falcons’ defense.
Note from the coach:
“Originally a varsity midfielder as a sophomore, we ‘asked’ Bridget if she could play some defense for us last season as a junior,” coach Kaitlyn Battiste said. “She grew to be our most reliable and effective defender who plays with speed and confidence. In her senior season, her teammates voted her captain where she has maintained her starting role as a defender. Bridget is not a vocal person and would probably prefer to stay out of the limelight, yet she personifies ‘coachable’ in terms of her skill, effort, desire and adaptability. Her positive attitude and focus make her a natural leader to many of the younger players on our team.”
About Bridget:

Note from the coach:
“Megan is an explosive dangerous player that loves to beat players 1v1 and pass the ball off for a teammate to score,” coach Rachel Clemens said. “She is unselfish and makes the players around her better. She leads by example both on and off the field, serving as team captain for the second season.”
