Brittany Sheenan –
Senior at Neshaminy High School
A four-year varsity player, the senior forward is the top scorer for the Redskins. She also is a team captain.
Note from the coach:
“Brittany Sheenan is a remarkable player,” coach Caitlin Koczynski said. “Her quickness and ball skills make her a defensive nightmare for the other team. Each and every day she brings something new out of her bag of tricks. Her desire to win makes her a standout player.”
About Brittany:
Best memory playing field hockey:
 “When our team beat Pennsbury for the first time this year.”
Part of the game I enjoy most:  “Hearing the ball hit that backboard and celebrating with my teammates over a great goal.”
My role model is: Katie O’Donnell. “She is such an amazing athlete, and she is so fast!”
Music that gets me pumped before games:  “Any and all country music.”
Favorite food: Homemade mac and cheese

Mackenzie Gallagher –
Senior at Central Bucks West High School

The senior defensive back is the anchor of a young West defensive unit.
Note from the coach:
“Mackenzie is a very strong defensive back and has been the backbone of our defense,” coach Casey Hughes said. “She consistently comes through with big defensive tackles, steps up well to the ball and is a force to be reckoned with. She is a very smart player and a huge contributor to this West hockey team. Not only is she a skilled defensive player, but she has a great attitude and is willing to do what it takes in order to elevate the Bucks to the next level.”
About Mackenzie:
Best memory playing field hockey: 
“Beating CB East twice during my senior year. It was the first time we’ve beaten them since I started playing field hockey for CB West!”
Part of game I enjoy most:  “Getting to be with my team every day. We’re like a family, and there is nothing I enjoy more than seeing all my friends faces after a long day of school.”
My role models are:  “My parents! Thanks, Mom, for forcing me to play field hockey when I was in the second grade, and thanks, Dad, for always pushing me to try and improve on my skills.”
Favorite food:  Watermelon

Baleigh Newsum –
Senior at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School
Newsum is a four-year varsity player who sees action at both defensive back and in the midfield.
Note from the coach:
“Baileigh has really stepped up to be a leader on the field,” coach Andrea Carr said. “Baleigh is an amazing player! As a back, she clears the ball out and makes unbelievable passes to the front line. Her speed and confidence is helping to take the team to a new level!”
About Baleigh:
Best memory playing field hockey: 
“My best memory in field hockey was junior year when we beat Springfield in overtime. It was the first time I ever played in overtime and the most exciting game I ever played in.”
Part of the game I enjoy most:  “The part of the game I like best is the last five minutes because that’s when you have to give it everything you’ve got to win.”
My role model is:  “My sister, Galen, because she was an amazing field hockey player, and she always pushes me to get better.”
Music that gets me pumped before games: “Music with a fast beat that makes me want to win.”
