CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 18, VILLA JOSEPH MARIE 3
--Addy Geary reaches 200-goal milestone
Addy Geary scored seven goals and assisted on two others and – in the process – put her name in the program record books. The senior is just the third South player to achieve that milestone, joining Kasey Dietzel (2018) and Anna Green (2019).
Geary surpassed the 100-goal mark in the fourth game of her junior season in the Titans’ 17-6 win over New Hope-Solebury.
“Scoring 200 goals was something I never really thought of, but definitely a hundred goals when I realized that was something you could get when you got to high school,” Geary said. “That was always the goal I had.”
Even after reaching the 100-goal milestone, Geary didn’t give the possibility of scoring 200 a second thought. Making the milestone even more remarkable is the fact that she missed a major portion of her freshman season.
“Due to an injury I missed freshman year, so I didn’t think would ever be a possibility to make it to 200,” said Geary, who broke her arm six games into the season.
Geary entered her senior season with 143 goals and needed just two entering Thursday’s game against Villa Joseph Marie. She scored the first two goals of the game.
“Coach Craig called a timeout, and the whole team stormed the field,” Geary said. “It is so exciting. I truly could not have dreamed of anything better in my high school career.”
Geary has been playing lacrosse since she was in third grade, beginning with the Lady Bulldogs but then switching to the HGLC (Horsham Girls’ Lacrosse Club). She joined the competitive club circuit in seventh grade, and, most recently, played with Reign Lacrosse Club.
She will be taking her talents to Millersville University this fall.
“Today was a truly special day as our senior captain, Addy Geary, scored her 200th career goal—becoming just the third player in 21 years at CB South to reach this remarkable milestone,” South coach Janique Craig said. “Addy’s achievement is a direct reflection of her phenomenal skill set, relentless work ethic, and unwavering dedication to the game.
“She leads by example, pushes herself and her teammates to be better every day, and plays with a competitive fire that elevates everyone around her. This milestone is not only well-earned—it’s a testament to the impact she’s had on our program. I am so proud of her and can’t wait to see all she accomplishes as she continues her lacrosse career at Millersville.”
Scoring 200 goals could be considered the equivalent of reaching the 1,000-point milestone in basketball.
“I don’t think they have a banner, but it’s still a great accomplishment,” Geary said.
The South senior joins a short list of elite players in the Central Bucks School District who have reached the milestone since 2000:
Janique Craig (2000 – CB East)
Lea Andress (2006 – CB East)
Elena Romesburg (2104 – CB West)
Bryn Boylan (2017 – CB West)
Finley Ueland (2018 – CB West)
Kasey Dietzel (2018 – CB South)
Anna Green (2019 – CB South)
Addison Geary (2025 – CB South)
--Thursday’s game: The Titans owned this one from the outset, opening up a 5-1 lead after one quarter and extending their advantage to 11-1 by halftime.
In addition to Geary’s nine-point effort (7 goals, 2 assists), Tessa Walls added a six-point game with two goals and four assists.
By the numbers: Addy Geary (7 goals 2 assists), Tessa Walls (2 goals 4 assists), Sarah Victor (3 goals 1 assist), Brooke Rosica (2 goals 2 assists), Kaylee Connor (2 goals), Kelly McDonald (2 goals)
Ella Kafel – 3 saves
Up next: Central Bucks South (8-5, 4-3 SOL) will host West Chester East in a non-league game Monday.

COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 19, NESHAMINY 1
--Council Rock North Seniors Shine in Victory Over Neshaminy on Unforgettable Senior Night
(Submitted by Council Rock North lacrosse)
Newtown, PA — It was a night filled with emotion, celebration, and unforgettable moments as Council Rock North honored its senior class against Neshaminy High School. Under the lights and in front of a proud home crowd, the Indians paid tribute to their graduating players with a powerful team effort—and a few surprises.
Before the opening whistle, the spotlight turned to the senior class:
--Captain Abby Steadman – headed to Penn State University
--Captain Lucy Carney – will continue her lacrosse career as a goalie at Robert Morris
--Captain Keiley Lyons – also set to play at Robert Morris
--Addison Kohler – bound for Penn State
--Jordyn Zazoff – Penn State-bound
--Lila Cohen – will attend Syracuse University
--Kate Horan – heading to Louisiana State University
--Lily Brand – another future Nittany Lion
These young women have left their mark on the CRN program, and Senior Night gave them a final home stage to celebrate their legacy.
Jordyn Zazoff led the senior scoring surge with 3 goals and 2 assists, flashing her playmaking skills and finishing ability. Lily Brand also made her presence felt with a goal and two assists, while Lila Cohen added a well-earned goal of her own.
One of the night’s most talked-about moments came from Captain Keiley Lyons, normally a defensive standout, who took a rare shift on offense and scored a goal—before stepping into goal and making an impressive save on an 8-meter shot after briefly replacing fellow captain Lucy Carney.
But the most unforgettable moment of the night? Lucy Carney, known for her dominant presence in goal, scored her first career goal—and for the first time, teammates and fans saw her without her goalie helmet. The bench erupted in celebration, and the crowd responded with a standing ovation.
The Carney family had more to cheer about, as Eloise Carney, Lucy’s younger sister, hit a major milestone with her 100th career goal, adding a historic layer to an already emotional evening.
Council Rock North closed the night with a resounding win, but more importantly, they celebrated a group of seniors whose leadership, grit, and passion have helped define the program.
As the regular season winds down, the memory of Senior Night 2025 will no doubt live on—etched in team lore and in the hearts of every fan who witnessed it.
CHELTENHAM 14, POTTSTOWN 1
The Lady Panthers dominated play on their way to the no-doubt-about-it non-league win.
Brianna Gardner’s four-goal effort led a balanced attack. Mia Haugen’s four draw controls led the Lady Panthers.
By the numbers: Cheltenham: Brianna Gardner (4 goals, 3 DC), Morgan Gregorio (2 goals, 3 DC), Mia Haugen (2 goals, 4 DC), Marelle Johnston (3 goals, 2 DC), Daniela Rodriguez (1 goal), Addie Lee (1 goal), Chloe Logan-Stweart (1 goal 1 assist), Ella King (1 assist), Maggie Leighton (1 assist), Giselle Bonner (2 saves).
Cheltenham coach Emily Towey: “We had a lot of opportunities to move the ball and create on our offensive end. Our attack was working well together adapting and finding each other in open spaces. We had 9 different players add to offensive stats today which is always a great day. Our defensive end including players London Montague, Vlada Larina, Penny Morrison, Giana Meija, Nora Gulak, Addie Lee, and Daniela Rodriguez did a great job only allowing 3 shots on goal the entire game. "
Up next: The Panthers (7-6 overall, 2-6 SOL) host William Tennent for a 6:00 Friday night matchup and senior celebration.
