The La Salle boys’ team earned the top spot in the first Pennsylvania Lacrosse Media Rankings both for Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) and all schools.
The Lacrosse Media Rankings are chosen by Phillylacrosse.com and six newspapers: the Philadelphia Inquirer, Delaware County Daily Times, Allentown Morning Call, Harrisburg Patriot-News, Lancaster Intelligencer Journal and Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
La Salle won the Catholic League and Keystone Cup boys’ championship last year, finishing 31-2. The Explorers play out of District 12.
