Central Bucks South Names Loretto Fantini and Michael Cox to Head Coach Positions
Central Bucks South High School is pleased to announce that it has named Michael Cox the head coach of both varsity girls and boys cross country teams and Loretto Fantini as varsity girls track and field head coach.
Cox, who has served as an assistant coach for the Titans for the last four years, reassumes the head coaching role he held from 2004-2010. During his first tenure as head coach, Cox led the Titans to the 2006 Suburban One League Team Championship and coached 35 All Suburban One League runners.
While coach Cox is a familiar face in the CB South running community, Fantini joins the Titans after graduating Coastal Carolina University in 2015 with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science This will be Fantini’s first coaching position and he currently works as a sports performance coach and personal trainer.
“We are very excited to have coach Fantini and coach Cox as a part of the CB South staff,” athletic director Danielle Turner said. “We look forward to seeing both help our athletes reach their goals in their respective seasons.”
