Central Bucks High School South is pleased to announce that Brittany Grzywacz has been appointed Head Field Hockey Coach for the 2014-2015 season.
Grzywacz brings a wealth of field hockey experience to Central Bucks South. As a player at Penn State University, Grzywacz was a four-time varsity letter winner who was named a NFHCA Division I All American in 2012 and 2013 and honored as the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year in 2012 and 2013. Grzywacz received All Big Ten honors in each of her four years at Penn State, All Academic Big Ten honors from 2011-2013 and served as the team’s captain during her senior season.
In addition to her accomplishments at Penn State, Grzywacz played for the Under-21 U.S. National Team from 2008-2010 and the U.S. National Indoor Team in 2010. She also coached the State College Blue Lions Field Hockey Club Team in 2013.
Grzywacz graduated from Penn State with a degree in Recreation, Parks and Tourism Management, and her appointment at Central Bucks South will be her first head coaching position.
